Congratulations on creating your new TrackitHub account! We are happy to have you as a member.

 

In this article, we will be reviewing the welcome tour. Each feature that the tour highlights is described in greater detail. 

1. Take it for a spin!

2. Search

• Find new clubs to join by searching for the city, state(province) where it is located. 
• Find public facilities to play pickleball. Many of these facilities do not have groups for you to join, but you can view the facility's location, hours of operation, amenities, and contact information.
• Connect with other pickleball players by searching for their name and adding them as a friend.
• Make sure to always select the appropriate filter before searching; Club, Public, or Players.

3. Events Calendar

• Once you have joined a group, the events you are invited to will appear in the events panel.
• View the event by clicking on the card.
• If the event is open for registration, you can add your name to the attendee list by selecting the button labeled register.
• If you register for an event, the event card will display a green checkmark.
• Click the expand icon located at the top right corner of the panel to enlarge the calendar.

4. Account Settings Menu

• Click on the gear icon to the right of your profile picture. You can log out of your account, restart the tour, or edit your account settings.

Editing Account Settings

• In the first tab, edit your basic information such as your name, email address, physical address, etc. Click on the edit icon to get started.
  • Choose a new avatar from the pulldown or use your own photo by selecting upload avatar.
• In the second tab, you can change your password. You must know your current password before being able to switch to a new password.
• In the third tab, control your account privacy settings.

5. Profile Menu

• Click on the arrow next to the avatar.
• Create a new player or club profile.
• Switch between the different profiles owned by your account.

6. Profile

• Access your profile by clicking on your name under the avatar.

7. Need Help?

• Click on the menu item Knowledge Base to view articles on various features the program offers. A new tab in your browser will open and you will be directed to TrackitHub's help desk.
