A dashboard is a type of user interface which often provides at-a-glance views of key performance indicators relevant to a particular objective or business process.
The "dashboard" is often displayed on a web page which is linked to a database that allows the report to be constantly updated. For example, TrackitHub's new dashboard will show numbers related to productivity such as league and club standings, or events that the user has registered for. For admins, the dashboard will show numbers related to group join requests, message inbox, and provides easy access to key administrative tools.
Administrator Dashboard
My Groups Panel
The image below is an example of the "My Groups" panel which will display on a club or league admin dashboard.
- At the top of each group card, the name of the group will display on the first line and the name of the club will display on the line below.
- We have added a vertical menu to each card which is located at the top right corner and represented by three horizontal dots. This menu contains tools such as "Import Members, Generate Scorecard, and Edit Group."
- As players join your groups, each join request will be displayed on the appropriate card and the admin has the option to accept or deny the request.
- The notification center contains three icons; number of events associated with that particular group, Membership Setup/Admin, and Message Inbox. Selecting these links will direct you to the appropriate page.
- Other frequently visited pages, such as "Standings, Roster, and Events" will be accessible at the bottom of each card.
Admin Menu
As shown below, TrackitHub will no longer use drop-down menus. We have replaced the drop-down menu with an intuitive sidebar navigation.
The sidebar navigation displays tools and pages which are frequently used or visited by admins. These menu items are now easily accessible with one click of the mouse. Hovering the mouse over drop-down menus in order to locate the desired page is a thing of the past!
Events Panel
The event panel on the dashboard highlights the dates that events are scheduled to take place on. Once the highlighted date has been selected, the event will appear below. On each event card, the admin will have the option to view or edit and a player has the option to register for the event without leaving the dashboard.
As shown near the end of the video, admins and players have the ability to filter the events by a specific group or can view events created by all groups.

The image below is an example of the "My Groups" panel which will display on a club or league admin dashboard.
- At the top of each group card, the name of the group that the user is a member of will display on the first line and the name of the club will display on the line below.
- As the player participates in Organized Play events, their average and number of sessions played will display per group. It is no longer necessary for members to navigate to the Standings page to view their average.
- The notification center contains four icons; Membership Dues, new announcements posted by the admin, new photos posted by the admin and message inbox. Selecting these links will direct the member to the appropriate page.
- Other frequently visited pages, such as "Standings and Events," will be accessible at the bottom of each card. We have also added a "Contact" button which enables the member to simply message the admin.

The sidebar navigation displays tools and pages which are frequently used or visited by members. These menu items are now easily accessible with one click of the mouse.
Multiple Profiles
One of the most commonly asked questions is, "my spouse and I share an email address; why am I not able to associate one email address to more than one account?"
Until now, TrackitHub required an original email address for each account created. That is no longer the case. It is now possible to sign up for one main account and associate multiple profiles to that main account and single email address.
Every TrackitHub user can now have a League, Club, and Member Profile all under one email address.
You will be able to switch between the various profiles you own by selecting the arrow icon next to your profile picture.
Play Pickleball

Do you ever find yourself searching for far too long for courts to play pickleball? Then, once you locate courts, it is never clear to when the "popular play times" are. This is why we have developed the most robust pickleball search engine known to man.
Play Pickleball is a powerful search engine which pinpoints public facilities, pickleball clubs, and leagues on a Google map. Enter "Where" you are located, select your "Play Type," and click on the location most appealing to you. Once a selection has been made, a side panel will display detailed information related to that specific location.
Check the popular play times, get directions to the location, or join the club/ league to participate in organized events. Play Pickleball is an exciting new feature we believe our members will find extremely useful.

TrackitHub will also be adding a blog with articles and interviews pertaining to intriguing pickleball stories. In addition to the blog, we will also be providing a forum where individuals can provide feedback, ask questions, and socialize with other TrackitHub members.
