Need Help

We offer a new help desk that can be accessed within the TrackitHub site. 

1. Click on the question mark icon at the top of the page on desktop and the bottom of the page on mobile.

2. Click on the help widget that appears at the bottom right corner.

3. The user can search for topics and review knowledge articles on navigation, various features, and upcoming updates.

4. If you are not able to find what you are looking for, click the button labeled leave us a message and a representative will respond to your support ticket as soon as possible.

5. On the left navigation menu, click Knowledge Base to view TrackitHub's entire help desk.
