Converting Membership Plans
This article explains how an admin can convert a couples membership plan into two single membership plans.
1. On the membership group card, click the $ icon.
2. You will be directed to the membership admin table. Above the table, click the button, view inactive members.
3. Use the search box to locate the couple.
- Click the button filter columns.
- Make sure to check the box next to the relation filter.
- Displaying the relation filter will allow you to differentiate between the main play holder and the spouse.
- To the left of the main plan holder's name, click edit/renew.
4. A pop-up appears that displays the membership application for that player.
- Select the single membership plan.
- Click the red link add new. You are adding a new transaction to this member's application.
- Once you confirm that the transaction information is correct, click the red save button on the far left column. The membership admin page will reload after the red save button has been clicked.
- Make any necessary changes to the profile information before scrolling to the top of the pop-up and clicking the button save & go to admin.
5. You are directed back to the membership admin table, which is displaying the active members. Travis now has a single membership plan and is active.
- Above the table, click the button, view inactive members.
- To the left of the spouse's name, click edit/renew.
6. A pop-up appears that displays the membership application for the spouse. Even though this is the spouse's application, she is still associated with the original couple plan. So first, you will need to replace the main plan holder's information with the spouse's profile information.
- Scroll down to the profile information section and select the button search in TIH.
- Enter the spouse's email address in the black field.
- Click the button lookup account.
- Select the name to add the spouse's information to the form.
- Select the single membership plan.
- Click the red link add new. You are adding a new transaction to this member's application.
- Once you confirm that the transaction information is correct, click the red save button on the far left column. The membership admin page will reload after the red save button has been clicked.
- Make any necessary changes to the profile information before scrolling to the top of the pop-up and clicking the button save & go to admin.
7. You are directed back to the membership admin table, which is displaying the active members. Taylor and Travis both now have single membership plans and are active.
