Inviting Players to Event
Send Invites
- Log into your club account.
- Click on the event you would like to invite your players to.
- Click on “Attendees/Invites”
- To invite a group, select “Invite Group”
- Click on the group you would like to invite, then click “Done”
- Click on “Save Invites”
- A notification banner will appear stating “Group members have been invited.”
- To email the invitation, click on “Actions”, then “Send Invites”
Resend Invite
- To resend invites to the entire list. Just click on “Actions”, then “Resend Invites”
- A notification banner will appear at the top of the dashboard stating “Emails have been sent”
Manually Delete/Confirm Invites
*Note: You must select a checkbox next to the player’s name to manually confirm/delete the player. If no player is selected, this is what the actions will look like.
- To manually confirm a player’s attendance, click on the checkbox across from their name.
- Click on “Actions” , then “Confirm Selected”
- The player is now attending the event.
- To delete a player from the invite list, click on the checkbox across from their name.
- Click on “Actions”, then “Delete Selected”
- A banner at the top of the dashboard confirms the action and the player’s name is no longer on the Invites list
Sending Invites To New Players
*If you have players that are new to the group, you invited to your event you can send only the new members an invite to the event.
- Select "Invite Group" from your invitee list.
- Select the dropdown menu.
- Select the "Group" you previously invited.
- Click "Save Invitees".
- Review your list of Invitees for the "new" players. They will have the Red X under email sent.
- Click Actions, and then "Send Invites". This will send invites only to the players who have not received an emailed invite previously.
- New players should now show a Green Checkmark under email sent.
- Now if you click Actions you will see "Resend Invites" indicating that all players in the group/invitee list have already been sent an invite via email.
