Set Up Your Club Profile

Start by making sure your club information is complete and accurate.

• Club name and logo
• Primary contact email
• Location(s) and venue details
• Time zone
• Short club description (shown to players)

Add Club Profile

Choose Your Subscription Tier

TrackitHub offers multiple subscription tiers. Each tier provides access to all tools included within that tier.

Depending on your subscription, you may have access to:

• Member management
• League and ladder tools
• Open play scheduling
• Scorecards and match tracking
• Communication tools (email/SMS)
• Reporting and insights

You can view or update your subscription at any time from your Admin Dashboard.

Set Up Memberships

Memberships let you control access and track participation.

Create Membership Types

Examples include:

• Annual Club Membership
• Seasonal Membership
• Trial or Short-Term Membership

For each membership, you can:

• Set price and duration
• Define eligibility rules
• Control renewal options

Assign or Sell Memberships

• Assign memberships manually to players
• Allow players to purchase memberships online

Membership Setup

Create Player Groups (Levels & Programs)

Groups help organize players and ensure fair, enjoyable play.

Common group types:

• Beginner / Advanced Beginner / Intermediate / Advanced
• Open Play groups
• Skills & Drills groups
• League-specific groups

Players can be added manually or allowed to request to join groups, depending on your settings.

Create an Event

Use Scorecards & Match Tracking

Scorecards allow you to track match results and player performance.

• Purchase scorecard credits (if required by your tier)
• Assign scorecards to leagues or events
• Enter scores manually or allow players to submit them

This data can be used for standings, rankings, and historical records.

Communicate With Players

TrackitHub makes it easy to keep everyone informed.

• Send emails to specific groups or your entire club right from your group cards
• Email event attendees
• Send SMS messages for league scorecards
• Share updates about schedule changes, reminders, or announcements

Manage Payments & Reporting

From your dashboard, you can:

• View membership and event payments
• Track renewals and expirations
• Review participation and activity reports
